Games of Skill and Chance occupies a space that functions as a link between a hotel and a casino. Inspired by many of the games of chance found in gambling establishments, the animation is intended to divert the viewer with light and motion. Like the conditions found in street magic, the state of being mesmerized and distracted from surrounding life is critical to the life of the casino.
